7-Day Return Window
At Sounded.in, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products, subject to the terms outlined below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, in original condition, and in resalable state.
- Original packaging, labels, barcodes, and seals must be intact.
- All accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and promotional items must be included.
- Valid proof of purchase, such as invoice or order confirmation, must be provided.
Product Condition & Usage Policy
Returns are accepted only for products that have not been used.
Items that have been opened, installed, tested beyond basic inspection, or used for recording, shooting, or production purposes will not be eligible for return.
Due to the sensitive and professional nature of audio equipment, products that show any signs of usage, wear, or handling beyond initial inspection may be rejected.
Sounded.in reserves the right to assess the condition of returned products and approve or reject returns accordingly.
How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service.
- Sounded.in is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.
Non-Returnable Cases
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.
- The product has been used, damaged, or altered.
- Packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, or free items are missing.
- The product is damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or external factors such as water, fire, or impact.
- Serial numbers, labels, barcodes, or warranty seals have been tampered with.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be initiated only after inspection and approval of the returned product.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@sounded.in or via WhatsApp at +91 9037037577.
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. If your order has not yet been shipped, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return Policy, subject to eligibility and approval.
Store credit may be offered as an alternative to a refund upon request, where applicable.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images or videos.
Such cases will be reviewed on priority, and a replacement or refund will be arranged as applicable.
Governing Terms
All returns, refunds, and cancellations are subject to verification and approval by Sounded.in in accordance with applicable laws and internal policies.
